Resident Permits

Applications must be submitted by mail – they will not be accepted in person. To ensure all Town of Islip Residents get to enjoy the resident benefits, there will be no deadline for permit application this season. The permit fee will increase after Memorial Day (5/27/24). We urge everybody to get the permit application in early in order to have the permit approved on time to make reservations.

Permits will be available for pickup at Dockmaster’s office upon first 2024 visit to Atlantique. Valid ID required for pickup. Permits will only be released to applicant.

Permit application must be approved before resident benefits can be utilized.

Permit holder must be present to receive resident benefits.

Permits are non-transferable.

Permits are for current Town of Islip Residents ONLY. Any non-resident using a resident permit will be charged the full rate and may lose the privilege of staying at Atlantique for the remainder of the season.

The permit fee is $40 up to Memorial Day (5/27/24)

The permit fee is $50 after Memorial Day (5/27/24)

Senior Citizen rate is $25 up to Memorial Day (5/27/24)

Senior Citizen rate is $35 after Memorial Day (5/27/24)

Payment may be made by check or money order, payable to Strong’s & Grover’s Atlantique LLC. Please print, complete and return the attached Permit Application along with four (4) proofs of residency. All proofs of residency and documentation
must be in the same name and address. Photocopies are accepted.

REQUIRED – Copy of valid boat registration or valid US Coast Guard Documentation

REQUIRED – Copy of valid New York State Driver’s License or NYS ID

REQUIRED - Copy of current Town of Islip property tax bill or Lease Agreement

REQUIRED - Copy of current utility bill (i.e., water, cable, electric, telephone, cell phone)
