The 2025 Atlantique Permit application is coming soon!
This permit application requires four (4) proofs of residency. All proofs of residency and documentation must be in the same name and address. Photocopies are accepted.
REQUIRED – Copy of valid boat registration or valid US Coast Guard Documentation
REQUIRED – Copy of valid New York State Driver’s License or NYS ID
REQUIRED - Copy of current Town of Islip property tax bill or Lease Agreement
REQUIRED - Copy of current utility bill (i.e., water, cable, electric, telephone, cell phone)
Failure to provide sufficient documentation will delay the approval of your application.
